1) The appointment: Murrer Certified Inspections is very professional from the beginning at making appointment. They not only confirmed the date/time of appointment over the phone, they also sent me email prior to inspection to confirm. Adelle who helped me with the appointment took details on our need and confirmed with owner/inspector/contractor prior to the inspection to ensure all areas are covered during the inspection. We also received a phone reminder the day before inspection from her.

2) The inspection: Mr. Murrer was on time and very honest and straightforward during the inspection. He spent over an hour looking all over the property...from roof to interior to crawl space, no area was not inspected. In particular, Mr. Murrer was direct and honest about what he found and told them as they are, while being professional and friendly.

3) The report: After receiving the report, I was very impressed that it was extremely thorough, organized by different sections of the property with detailed remarks and supporting photos, and a total of over 80 pages!
