Different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes…different pricing. One thing is for sure, however; a home inspection takes work — a lot of work! Ultimately, a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s very own effort. Paul F. Murrer, owner of Murrer Certified Inspections, founded the company with one goal in mind: To provide excellent customer care in the residential and commercial building inspection sector. With over 30 years in the construction industry as a commercial and residential construction superintendent, Paul is a graduate of Northern Arizona University and State University of New York. He is certified with American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT) and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). He is also certified in infrared thermography inspection as well as building science and infrared thermal imaging.
